June 17, 2013

The Adgar Group is further investing in Warsaw, where its portfolio includes Adgar Plaza, Adgar Business Centre, Adgar Business Centre II, the Adgar Plaza Conference Centre, and the BMW Inchcape building.

The company purchased Ochota Office Park office complex at 181 Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw from Mahler Project International. The acquisition includes a 36,350 m2 plot with three office buildings offering a total of about 40,000 m2 of office space and 1000 parking places.

The purchase agreement was signed on behalf of Roy Gadish and Eyal Litwin, board members, by Tomasz Piotrowski, Adgar’s legal advisor representing the Adgar Group. Mahler Project International, the owner and manager of the real estate property, was represented by Mr. Hans Gerhard Mahler and Mr. Martin Reuber, Board members.

We recently successfully completed the leasing process of the office space in our technologically-advanced Adgar Plaza buildings, and we have been searching for other attractive office locations in Warsaw for some time. In accordance with our business strategy, we invest in income-producing assets. We were interested in existing buildings with market value that could be increased significantly as a result of our experience and know-how, especially in the area of modern technologies, as was the case with the 360o office building in Tel Aviv and the Adgar Business Centre in Warsaw. We are currently working on exciting plans regarding the future of the Ochota Office Park and we have started cooperation with the award-winning Hermanowicz Rewski Architects and Jones Lange Lassalle. We have also started offering the space for potential tenants. We will be able to give more details after the plans are decided” said Eyal Litwin, Adgar Country Manager, Poland.

The projects managed by the Adgar Group in Poland include the 39,600 m2 Adgar Plaza office complex in the Mokotów Business District, one of the most modern office complexes in Warsaw, with its unique range of additional business and leisure facilities like Data Centre, Conference Centre, Kindergarten, Restaurant, Gym, Wi-fi infrastructure across entire building and more. The group’s portfolio in the capital city of Poland also includes Adgar Business Centre II on ul. Konstruktorska, with 7,600 m2 of office space, and the property on Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia in Warsaw’s Wola district, on which BMW Inchcape’s showroom and service point are situated, with over 4,000 m2 of leased area on a plot of approximately 8,000 m2.
