The Adgar Group has signed a lease agreement with bilingual network of kindergartens, ‘Ala ma kota’, which has already seven kindergartens in Warsaw. The preschool kindergarten for children aged two to six will be opened in September 2014. After signing this agreement, the Adgar Park West office complex is now 70% leased.

Bilingual (English-Polish) kindergarten ’Ala ma kota’ is the new tenant in the Adgar Park West office complex at Aleje Jerozolimskie 181 in Warsaw

Following the success of the ‘Pomarańczowa Ciuchcia’ kindergarten in Adgar Plaza in Mokotów, it is the second facility for children in an office building from Adgar’s portfolio!

Ala ma kota’ will occupy 623 sqm on the ground floor in a quiet corner of the Adgar Park West office complex. It will offer six spacious, welllit, modern rooms and additionally a spacious training room and therapy room. The kindergarten will also have its own professional kitchen, where fresh and nutritious dishes will be prepared for the children. All rooms will be air-conditioned and equipped with windows which can be opened. The kindergarten will have a 400-sqm fenced playground, which will be created next to a large green area. Parents will have access to the parking places adjacent to the kindergarten. The new lease agreement covers  a ten-year period. “Ala ma kota” kindergarten was supported by Vertigo Property Group in the transaction, and the Adgar Group was advised by Colliers International.

The ’Ala ma kota’ kindergarten in Adgar Park West will be opened in September 2014 after the space has been adapted and fitted out.  The fee per child for using the facility will amount to approximately PLN 1,450 per month.
