Back when we acquired Adgar Park West, we wanted it to be more than just an office complex, so we created AdgarFit, a unique sports and fitness zone and the first project of its type on the Polish market. We are now realising our vision of an office building that functions all day long and at weekends, too. We give the people who work in our buildings the opportunity to enjoy a healthy lifestyle and practice sports, but we also want to be a part of the local community and the Warsaw sporting community – hence our idea for a climbing wall in the lobby of our new building. We are already well known amongst runners and cyclists thanks to our glow-in-the-dark running track which encircles Adgar Park West, as well as the free running and cycling training sessions which take place here several times a week,” said Eyal Litwin, Adgar CEO.

The V-shaped Building D will have a striking facade and outstanding architectural features, matching Adgar’s dynamism and brand values.

“We had Adgar’s vision in mind at all times when working on the architectural concept. The idea was to design an office building where people want to spend time, even if they do not work there. Following this logic, it is important to have well designed common areas, space for a café, restaurant and services, and plenty of natural light. The building has to be unique, too. The four-storey lobby features a glass roof and a huge climbing wall, making it completely different from any other office,”
said Błażej Hermanowicz of Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci.
