CYCLING TRAINING SESSIONS BEGIN IN THE UNIQUE ADGARFIT SPORTS ZONE

March 10, 2014

• Free training sessions open to all, led by the professionals of the AdgarFit Pro Team • A training room with more than 300 sqm of space fitted out with state-of-the art technology by Elite

Free cycling training sessions open to everyone were commenced on Sunday, 9 March at the unique AdgarFit sports zone, which is being created in the Adgar Park West office complex. The training sessions will make use of special indoor cycling stations for use with your own bicycle. The cycling sessions, run by the professional athletes of the #AdgarFit Pro Team, will supplement the running training sessions which have proved very popular and started at the beginning of December 2013.

Participants of the training sessions will have 16 Elite training machines at their disposal. The stations are all connected by computer, providing a wide range of virtual routes for the cyclists and allowing them to check and control the total amount of power they generate. The free training sessions will be held separately for beginners and for advanced cyclists and will last between 60 and 120 minutes. In order to take part in the cycling session, all you have to do is check the calendar available on the AdgarFit Pro Team Facebook profile www.facebook.com/AdgarFitProTeam and bring your bicycle! Lockers and showers are available for participants in the AdgarFit sports zone.

”I extend a warm invitation to everybody who loves cycling to come along and join in these free, open training sessions in the AdgarFit sports zone. It will be a great opportunity, not only to test your skills but to improve them under expert supervision. I would especially like to encourage those people who have already participated in our running training sessions with the members of the AdgarFit Pro Team. We also plan to start swimming training sessions, which together with the running and cycling will create a comprehensive triathlon programme,” said Eyal Litwin, CEO of Adgar in Poland.
